If You're Not There When We Attempt To Deliver..

As a courtesy to you, we will call you from the previous stop (or the store, if you are 1st) to let you know that we are on the way.

If you do not have a phone or we can not reach you, we will still come to your house.

If we attempt to deliver your merchandise and the house is unattended, we will still wait for 15 minutes,
then we will leave a note instructing you how to schedule a redelivery.

Redelivery charges will apply.
